Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to explore and understand the impact of the presence of women in Byblos Bank branches and how it influences employee's performance, employee's satisfaction and branch performance. Considering that the number of women in the bank is less than the number of men, the study aimed at showing that this small number of women has enough power to impact and influence both the branch and its employees. The study found that the presence of women in branches has a positive influence over the employee's daily performance and thus their satisfaction. Not only this, but women also affect the branch performance and its position comparing to other branches within its region.
