Abstract: The paper is concerned with finding new adsorbents in order to develop technologies of vodka production and improve the quality of the finished products. Studies have indicated that 'Taunit'-series carbon nanostructured materials (CNMs) can be effectively used for product refining by means of filtration through carbon columns.
Keywords: adsorbents; technologies of vodka production; quality of finished products; 'Taunit'-series carbon nanostructured materials; product refining; filtration; through carbon columns.
