Abstract: In this paper, we have proposed a multi-objective model supply chain which aims to reduce costs, earliness/tardiness and CO2 emissions in the supply chain. Note that, the CO2 emissions are caused both by vehicles and factories together. Also, earliness and tardiness times are computed for each level of considered supply chain, meaning producer, distribution centres as well as sellers (retailers). Our main aim is to meet the demands of the seller in such a way that our objective functions are to be observed. Some of the parameters in the proposed mathematical model are considered uncertain and in the form of fuzzy numbers as well. For solving this multi-objective fuzzy mathematical model, Jimenez method has been first used to convert model into the crisp one, afterward, fuzzy goal programming approach is performed to solve the multi-objective model. A numerical example is considered and the obtained results are investigated and analysed meticulously.

Keywords: green supply chain; CO2 emission; earliness and tardiness; mathematical modelling; fuzzy goal programming.
