Abstract: This research study analyses business processes utilised by a small engineering firm in the USA that provides vibration analysis services for the automotive, aerospace, agricultural, and manufacturing industries. The study examines procedures, Six Sigma methodologies and quality improvement efforts currently in place and presents a quality improvement plan for enhancing quality of services and increasing customer satisfaction.
