Title: An AHP approach to assessing the relative importance weights of ERP performance measures

Abstract: Several researchers have proposed various variants of the DeLone and McLean|s Information System (IS) success model according to the specific features of problems under study. Among those researchers, Li (1997) and Skok et al. (2001) explored the importance of IS success measures using 7-point and 9-point Likert-type scales, respectively. The results of their research, however, show only the relative importance of IS success measures. Their results remain difficult to be applied to evaluate IS or ERP performance. In view of this, this study aims to present an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach to assess the relative importance weights of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems performance measurement in the post-implementation stage. This approach can be used to select the key performance indicators (KPI) of ERP systems. Our research results indicate that the respondents place the greatest importance on the measures of |Information Quality| and |System Quality| that are the fundamental factors for ERP success.
