Abstract: Social entrepreneurship plays an important role in economic development especially in a crisis situation and in developing countries like Tunisia. Lack of resources, especially financial ones, is an obstacle for the development and growth of social enterprises. Social entrepreneurs must respond to social needs, refund their social activities and ensure financial sustainability. For this purpose, this research aims to explore the resource mobilisation strategies, operated by social entrepreneurs, through an innovative bricolage approach. We have conducted a qualitative study with 11 Tunisian social entrepreneurs. They mobilise resource through social bricolage strategies, especially persuasion, stakeholder engagement and improvisation.
