Abstract: This systematic review of the literature investigates the triangular relationship between organisational culture, human resource management, and corporate entrepreneurship. Results show that research has just begun to explore the interconnection of these constructs in combination which can be attributed to the call for moving beyond the exploration of the relationship to performance in each of the related research fields. By analysing and organising this research in terms of theoretical perspectives, methodological approaches and operationalisation, sample characteristics, intervening mechanisms, and main findings, this study determines the current body of knowledge by presenting an integrative model on the interconnection of organisational culture and human resource management in the context of corporate entrepreneurship. Building upon this model, this study aims to guide future research by proposing promising future research avenues structured around the thematic areas of theoretical perspectives, methodological approaches and methods, and content-related research avenues.

Keywords: systematic literature review; organisational culture; human resource management; HRM; corporate entrepreneurship.
