Abstract: This study aims to investigate the influence of social capital on job efforts and employees' quality of work life. Statistical population was the employees of Iran's Agriculture Bank. Samples were gathered by cluster sampling approach. A sample of 168 employees was selected. A self-administrated questionnaire was distributed among respondents. A structural equation modelling (SEM) technique was used to test the proposed hypotheses. Results indicated that social capital has a positive and significant effect on work life quality, job effort, and consequently, job performance.
