Abstract: Constructivism as a leading theory in language teaching and learning, advocates an interactive learning environment for conscious and autonomous knowledge construction, which is greatly in accordance with the goals in education reform. With learner-centred principle advocated in constructivism, learners may construct language learning and learning outcomes in an interactive environment of blended learning. So this paper presents a blended design of English teaching methodology course guided by the theory of constructivism and offers specifications of its implementation and corresponding results from the learners' performance. It is supposed that to provide a blended learning environment for teaching practice course will contribute much to the professional growth of the learner, which is expected to contribute to the additional understanding of blended learning implementation in a wider context.
