Abstract: Tackles impact domineering function and anomaly outlays severely as manufacturing embroils cost aspects. In competitive settings, search to meet objectives are on as technology makes them easy to measure. To diminish the perils alike trailing the marketplace, loss of business goodwill, commercial performance declination, discontented customers, etc., industrialists have to espouse effectual tools. Total quality management (TQM) is deliberated by most that improvement tool for industrial performance, an integrative management technique and a systematic approach. Whereas scarce industries have experience squat attainment amount which caused of indecorous procedures of employing the TQM elements. To analyse the efficacy of applied elements in automobile and automotive industry in India, a comprehensive efficacy model was established by using prominence quotient and comfort quotient. Later, three random chosen industries were analysed to know the applicability of the model and to yield advance action to augment the efficacy of employed elements to facilitate the management.
