Abstract: Housing provident fund is an important guarantee for the livelihood of people and also an important policy for the improvement of national housing condition. Its development relates to system imputation, extraction, loan business, GDP, workers' disposable income and other factors. This paper chooses the housing provident fund in 31 provinces in China as the research project, constructing the compound evaluation index system by unsupervised learning clustering algorithm to obtain the national average housing provident fund development distribution. Further in-depth analysis of the differences among provinces provides scientific basis for the national development strategy of housing provident fund.
