Abstract: This study aims to understand which factors influence a lecturer's intention to use a university website. A specific questionnaire was constructed based on the related literature to collect relevant data from the research informants. The population of this study consists of all lecturers working at the Middle East University. As the population of this research is small, a decision was made to survey the whole population. Developing and testing a website quality and success model from a lecturers' perspective using Smart PLS approach. Results revealed that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use are key determinant of behavioural intention. Perceived usefulness is a function of apparent enjoyment and perceived ease of use. Further, the system quality is a precondition for information quality, perceived enjoyment, and perceived ease of use but not for perceived usefulness. Unexpectedly, there was no link between information quality, professed usefulness, and perceived ease of use.
