Abstract: The thermal radiation and diffusion effects on natural convection flow of couple stress fluid through a channel are investigated. The governing nonlinear partial differential equations are transformed into a system of ordinary differential equations using similarity transformations. The resulting equations are then solved using the spectral quasi-linearisation method (SQLM). The results, which are discussed with the aid of the dimensionless parameters entering the problem, are seen to depend sensitively on the parameters.
