Abstract: With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, a new social formation - virtual society is formed. Virtual society is an equal structure society with widespread ability, which adopts participatory management system; while real society is a hierarchical structure society dominated by government, which mainly uses pressure management system. The current society is a compound society formed by the two-way interaction between real society and virtual society, and hierarchical control structure is not suited for the management requirement of current society, which needs to integrate the two control structures. In this paper, we adopt the idea of bionic analogy and draw lessons from ant colony's social resilience (due to the space structure composed by spatial fidelity zone - SFZ), through weakening the hierarchical structure and diminishing the central control ability, a resilient control structure simulated ant colony society is established, which provides a novel social management structure paradigm.

Keywords: simulation; ant colony society; resilient management; weak centre control; spatial fidelity zone; SFZ; social resilient control; social formation; virtual society; participatory management; hierarchical structure; central control; social management.
