Abstract: The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of organisational climate on innovation. Data were collected from 257 employees working in the Ministry of Sports and provincial offices in Tehran. Data were collected using a questionnaire-based method and the validity of the method was confirmed using factor analysis. Pearson correlation and multivariable regression were also used to analyse the data. Although the results showed that only four of the dimensions (organisational commitment, organisational structure, teamwork, and organisational communications) among the seven dimensions of organisational climate influenced innovation, this study found a significant and positive correlation between organisational climate and innovation.
