Abstract: In this paper, a simulation study is performed in a loading and unloading system using Arena software. The aim of the study is to obtain a strategy for optimising the time of trucks loading and unloading. The processes in the unloading system include checking, unloading, arranging and control, and storage of material. These processes in loading system include delivery order, control, guaranteeing, loading and checking the load on the lorry.
