Abstract: Ultrasonic waves have short wavelengths, and they are suitable for distance measuring, and as the ultrasonic resonators can be made comparatively small, they are used widely as sensors. For automobiles, they are used as |Back Sonar| in a system assisting the driver with monitoring the rear of the vehicle. On the other hand, there is demand for monitoring the surroundings of a vehicle, and in order to fulfill this demand, ultrasonic technology has been used to develop a monitoring system at the four corners of a vehicle. This method will be introduced here.
