Abstract: The rotary engine which powers the new RX-7 incorporates a refined dynamic intake effect system and new technologies including twin-scroll turbocharger and dual fuel injection system, to produce higher output and better fuel economy. Research and development is continuing to explore the rotary engine|s potential for further enhancement of fuel economy, high performance, weight reduction, and compactness.
