Title: An Islamic perspective of managerial leadership

Abstract: Islam encompasses every aspect of human life whether it is personal, societal or related to corporate affairs. Islam is a principle that directs executives to show the administrative members of the organisation in a best likely manner. This conceptual study will focus on the influence of Islamic method to leadership on organisation's goals achievement. If these principles are indebted in the organisation by the mangers, these will be suitable to cater desired goals of the business firm. This approach determines out the basic rules set by Islam to teach managers to lead. The study discussed Cardona's competencies of managerial leader with the perspective of Islamic studies.
