Abstract: The paper carried out a study on the set of skills and practices of MBA students and we identified four underlying empirical dimensions. Several differences in the set of skills and practices have been revealed by this research with implications for teaching developing to management students. We also found several positive correlations between these dimensions and several socio-demographic variables. These correlations include; emotions and MBA management education at the span of control; initiatives and age of MBA students under management education; rules and perception of MBA students to management education and immediate action and span of time for MBA students.
