Abstract: Self-reflection and personal evolution has a central place within the process of creating a sustainable atmosphere for creation. Becoming aware that the state of being determines the outcome of an action puts a different light on human thinking and behaviour. By creating an atmosphere where the focus on personal evolution, inner potential and talents is possible, the natural characteristics of sustainability are integrated in life and work. This process of self reflection is characterised by inner work, which gives the opportunity to approach the limitations of the personal impermanence. Even so, it supports the experience and perception of the non-personal elements. The significance of the attitude towards self-reflection and personal evolution becomes evident to the extent of transparency between the inner state of being and the external world.

Keywords: entrepreneurship; management; sustainability; self-reflection; personal evolution; ecology; sustainable actions; authenticity; inner work; neuroscience; sustainable development; creativity; inner potential.
