Abstract: Six Sigma is a well-structured methodology for improving the quality of processes and products. The efforts to implement a Six Sigma process improvement initiative cannot alone guarantee success of it. It is essential to prioritise projects which provide maximum financial benefits to the organisation. Generating and prioritising the critical Six Sigma projects, however, are real challenges in practice because any project is not finished yet. For solving this problem we use interval data. This paper aims to develop an interval data envelopment analysis (DEA) to prioritise Six Sigma projects. We use a dummy project for full ranking of Six Sigma projects.

Keywords: six sigma projects; data envelopment analysis; interval DEA; project selection; interval data; data envelopment analysis; project ranking.
