Abstract: Green Production Human Resource Management (GPHRM) is the concept and application of green technologies, so that the recruitment, replacement, upgrade, performance evaluation and development of manpower in production planning can be achieved in a more efficient or effective way, which is a novel concept. In this study, several issues on GPHRM are explored. An example in the electro-acoustic industry is used to illustrate the proposed methodology. Obviously, GPHRM can reduce personnel transportation and communication costs, and solve family separation issues and the problems of managing people from different cultural backgrounds.
