Title: Investigation on the application of systemic analysis of cereal stock mobility processes

Abstract: After an overview of the participative methods in use, we propose a methodology for the analysis and modelling of an industrial system, and we validate it through a practical case involving the cereal stock mobility process. In fact, cereal transactions in Tunisia are conditioned by the quality of the cereal, which determines the price of the transaction (purchase or sale). Our intention is to carry out a systemic analysis of the cereal stock mobility process, on the one hand, and to reduce disparity in delivered cereal quality through the use of blinding techniques, on the other hand. The methodology is divided into five steps, and it is based on the use of Method of Specification, Development and Implementation of Project (MISDIP).
