Abstract: This paper addresses the problem of stabilising a class of networked control systems (NCSs) when both stochastic communication and network properties are considered within one framework. Here, signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and network delays are assumed to be stochastic and stabilisation conditions are derived based on the Lyapunov-Razumikhin method and Itô formula. A numerical example is utilised to verify the effectiveness of the proposed results.

Keywords: networked control systems; NCSs; signal-to-noise ratio; SNR; Lyapunov-Razumikhin method; linear matrix inequality; LMI; NCS stabilisation; network delays; stochastic properties.
