Abstract: This paper aims to provide an empirical investigation on the services international trade through an empirical geo-economic approach in comparing its evolution in recent years. Geo-economics point of view, in this paper, means to exam the spatial profile of international trade flows distribution among world groups of economies. This study implement an explorative investigation on the changes that increasing economic globalisation process provides on spatial differences in this distribution profile, which represent the hegemonic or less developed situation of defined regions. First, some theoretical aspects of the evolution of international trade in services are given. Second, the increasing participation of services in the world trade is provided, in analysing the spatial distribution of commercial services international trade.
