Abstract: Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) are created by knowledge workers. The intellectual labour value theory is the basic theory which supports people in deciding the correct value of IPRs. In the time of the development of knowledge economy, the establishment and perfection of this theory would be a benefit to Chinese enterprises in protection of IPR, as well as in encouragement of their innovation and would be helpful to Chinese enterprise in facing keen international competition.
