Abstract: For service enterprises, new service development (NSD) is important as R&D to the manufacturing enterprises. The most domestic logistics enterprises, to a certain extent, act in a rule of thumb and in a large state of randomness, and lack of expertise awareness and skills of new service management, when they do new service development. They have limited knowledge in the process of new service development. Based on the theoretical study and combined with the characteristics of logistics enterprises, this paper summarises the process of new service development in domestic logistics enterprises, and puts forward the theoretical model of 14 part in the process of new service development in logistics enterprises and describes the relationship between their relative weights, by using the methods of comparative empirical study, interviews and questionnaire survey. Formal process of new service development (NSD) is an effective way to improve the efficiency of logistics business innovation management. It has certain reference to logistics enterprises in new service development (NSD).
