Abstract: The necessity to increase the level of companies| innovativeness and to support corporate entrepreneurship is imposed, among others, by the need of continuous improvement of companies| performance. Innovativeness of a company is frequently considered through the prism of innovation process taking place in it. However, it is necessary to place the phenomenon of innovativeness in a broader context including, among others, corporate entrepreneurship, organisational culture, creativity of a company, etc. The article makes an attempt to fill the research gap in terms of determination of the relationship between the level of entrepreneurship and the level of innovativeness in a company.
