Abstract: In this paper, we propose an algorithm for the design of a dynamic state feedback controller for a Network Control System (NCS). Random communication delays in an NCS make the problem challenging, thereby necessitating a stochastic framework for the problem. Recently, the Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) method is gaining popularity as a powerful means for generating random samples. We employ this technique to estimate the delay in the communication channel and then update the model of the NCS for the next sampling instance. Using this model, we design a dynamic state feedback controller to meet certain design specifications.
