Abstract: This paper seeks to find out to what extent the privacy risks raised by the use of biometric technology could be addressed by the current case law of US Constitution. The paper focuses its discussion on the case law of informational privacy, anonymity issue and the Fourth and Fifth Amendments to the US Constitution.
