Abstract: With the rapid growth of the internet and communication technologies, many real world activities were applied on the internet. We proposed the nomadic media server to achieve the maximum use of network bandwidth. The mobile server will play an important role in the future virtual society. Chain store over the internet is a rare management model in electronic commerce. In this paper, we construct many chain stores via using nomadic media server. Besides, online merchants must know what customers want and make them buying something from their sites, so recommendation process becomes an important strategy for the merchants. We propose a recommendation system for the e-commerce portal, which will help merchants to make suitable business decision and delivery personal information to the customers.
