Abstract: Globalisation and cross-cultural interactions are increasingly impacting business and education. Communication opportunities emerge in the process of establishing collaboration with educational systems of other countries. This paper examines some key perspectives on the process of establishing cross-cultural partnership in business education between a US university and a Korean university in the light of underlying theories about globalisation of education and cross-cultural interactions. An effective partnership was made possible through organisational commitment, trust between partners, clearly defined pedagogical practices and core curriculum view of business studies.
