Abstract: This paper presents a study about the Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD) diamond coated tool performance when compared with Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) and cemented carbide (K10) tools in machining unreinforced polyamide PA 6 and composite PA 66GF (reinforced with 30% of glass fibres).
