Television broadcasting via Earth satellites will lead to the establishment of a global system of communications. Such a global system will help to establish a comprehensive system of international peace and security. This paper considers some of the international legal aspects of such developments.
Keywords: earth satellites; global communications; international law; international security; television broadcasting; TV broadcasting.
