Abstract: The dynamism within the sector of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) owns a traditional energy impelled by entrepreneurial phenomenon, which is achieved through the creation of New Technology-Based Firms (NTBFs). In this sense, offers undergo continuous renovation and revolution, giving rise to accelerated technological discontinuities which establish rhythms for investment and time to market (Simon, 2003). Within such an approach, market analysis from the point of view of the entrepreneur turns out to be highly interesting and significant, given his/her role as a receptor and promoter of changes, which involves the management of added value in its purest form (Veciana, 2003). Such is the case of Almira Labs, a technology-based firm in its incubation stage and located in Madrid Science Park, in the city of Tres Cantos in Spain. The understanding of the cycle which will show the window of opportunity for the project – together with the identification, measurement and strategic management of the assets which will allow its consolidation – becomes a key factor in the transition from |firm to business| (ACREA Project, 2006).
