Abstract: A new statistical distribution of body conductivity, which we call |mirror-log-distribution| has been found in our sleep-lab research that is highly and stably reproducible. The shape of this distribution is opposite to a log-normal distribution that is an index of coherent state. The mirror-log distribution measured by means of SAM appears when a person is in good and not disturbed sleep. These measurements indicate a new quality of sleep research and the measurement is much simpler, more convenient and less disturbing than conventional EEG measurements.
