Abstract: The topic of this Forum is to offer a few common practices that promote more journal paper publication both in quality and quantity. These comments and opinions are simply based on the author|s own experience as an author, a reviewer, an editor and an academic administrator who has been involved in the recommendation of faculty tenure and promotion. The comments are provided for open discussion.
