Abstract: A number of consumers are still reluctant to convert from internet browsers and high street shopping to potential online purchases. So what is driving the users| anxiety or reluctance to shop online? This paper aims to determine whether the anxiety induced by the fear of online shopping technology constitutes real phenomena.
