Abstract: This paper is concerned with how sociotechnical networks facilitate knowledge sharing and learning in small Information and Communications Technology (ICT) firms. Building upon extant work on entrepreneurial works, this paper examines the contents of networks, the nature of information and knowledge sharing and learning, and obstacles to small firm networking in sociotechnical networks. A multimethods approach was used to provide greater insight into small firm networking.
