Abstract: This paper examines the influence of industrial clusters| character on talents| growth. The sample of this study is gained in four industrial clusters in China. It proved that: the economy of industrial clusters has a positive direct impact on the talents| growth in the clusters; the HR policy of industrial clusters has a positive direct impact on talents| growth in the clusters; the culture of industrial clusters does not have a direct impact on talents| growth in the clusters; the living setting of industrial clusters has a positive direct impact on talents| growth in the clusters; the HRM of companies in industrial clusters has a positive direct impact on talents| growth in the clusters; the culture and HR policy of industrial clusters has a positive direct impact on the HRM of companies in the clusters.
