Abstract: The electronic component industry is facing pressure to enhance sustainability while maintaining operational efficiency. Therefore, this research aims to develop the lean and green balanced scorecard (LG-BSC) performance management system (PMS) through the integration of lean manufacturing and numerous principles with sustainability. The LG-BSC PMS combines four balanced scorecard (BSC) perspectives with sustainable value stream mapping (SVSM) to comprehensively evaluate both efficiency and sustainability performance. Implementing LG-BSC PMS in an electronics company can evaluate natural resource efficiency, green procurement, and operational performance. The result showed that the key performance indicators (KPIs) met the target company, with the financial, business process, customer satisfaction, and learning perspectives at 113.17%, 154.66%, 111.4%, and 113.88%. The results confirm that LG-BSC PMS provides a holistic and integrated method for evaluating company performance, balancing strategic management with environmental sustainability.
