Abstract: To improve the accuracy of 3D reconstruction technology in complex scenes, homography matrix and optical flow technology are taken to optimise the line matching method in 3D reconstruction technology to enhance the line matching accuracy and efficiency. The results showed that the grid size had a relatively small impact on the line matching results. When the grid size increased from 30 pixels to 100 pixels, the number of lines matches for all image pairs fluctuated by no more than 100. The scaling factor had a relatively small impact on the line matching of image pairs. The number of lines matches for all images varied by no more than 100. The line matching accuracy of the proposed method was consistently maintained at over 95%, with a relative accuracy of over 0.6. The proposed line matching method has effectively improved the line matching accuracy of images, which has good adaptability in complex environments.
