Abstract: The digital energy market is emerging as a key frontier for innovation amid the global energy transition and digitalisation. This study analyses entrepreneurial models and policy innovation paths within this market. A multi-dimensional framework identifies three core models: data-driven, technology-led, and platform-integrated. Empirical results show that the data-driven model improves energy efficiency by an average of 5%. The technology-led model boosts energy conversion efficiency by 10%. The platform-integrated model increases transaction volume by 15%. For policy innovation, recommendations include enhancing R&D support, optimising market access, and promoting data-sharing platforms. Under supportive policies, corporate R&D investment grew by 20%, new market entrants increased by 25%, and energy data utilisation rose by 30%. The findings confirm the critical role of entrepreneurial models and policy innovation in advancing the digital energy market, providing a valuable reference for future development and policymaking.
