Abstract: This study focuses on the innovative application of chaotic encryption algorithms in the secure transmission of power grid data. By deeply analysing the initial value sensitivity and nonlinear dynamic characteristics of chaotic systems, a set of secure transmission systems with collaborative optimisation of software and hardware is designed. This system builds its hardware architecture with an ARM 32-bit microprocessor as the core, adopts a four-dimensional Chen discrete chaotic model to achieve high-intensity.
