Abstract: In Ukraine, since the beginning of 2022, the threat of military action has had a dominant influence on business, including in matters of digital transformation of enterprises. Under such circumstances, the digital transformation of Ukrainian enterprises requires priority consideration of security aspects, which is implemented through functional modelling. The main goal of the article is a modern methodological approach to modelling the process of ensuring the digital transformation of an enterprise in the context of the threat of military action. The object of the study is Ukrainian enterprises operating under martial law in the country. The scientific task is to present an effective model for ensuring the digital transformation of Ukrainian enterprises in the face of the negative influence of threats. For this purpose, the research methodology involves the use of structured analysis and design technique (SADT), which is a tool that allows you to analyse systems and visualise their structure. As a result of the study, a modern and effective SADT model for ensuring the digital transformation of an enterprise in the context of the threat of military action is presented. Models have been developed that allow planning and carry out digital transformation, based on possible further changes in the priority of the influence of threats and can be applied in the conditions of any enterprise, regardless of the scale of its activities and the main type of economic activity.
