This study is based on the technology acceptance model (TAM) and data from 638 contributors, explores the types of ICT being used, barriers to the use of ICT, and opportunity for growth. The results show that while key stakeholders in education and the labour market see value in ICT - the actual educational delivery is constrained by poor infrastructure, lack of training, and insufficient funding for tools and resources.
