Abstract: Strengthening the positive emotional management of logistics practitioners is an inevitable choice to cultivate their positive psychological qualities and improve their overall quality. Based on survey research and other methods, this study selected a special group of more than 690 logistics practitioners from regions such as Jiangsu, Shanghai, Jiangxi and Shandong and used empirical analysis to examine the mechanisms and effects of positive emotions, recovery experiences and work enthusiasms among them. The findings revealed that: (1) The positive emotions, recovery experiences and work enthusiasms of logistics practitioners were all above average. (2) Positive emotions were positively correlated with recovery experiences and work enthusiasms. (3) Positive emotions and recovery experiences have a significant positive predictive effect on work enthusiasms. The paper provides multi-angle suggestions for the government to formulate mental health service policies for all citizens and to improve the positive emotions of logistics practitioners.
