Abstract: This research aims to enhance the theoretical framework of behavioural supply chain management by integrating principles from psychology and supply chain management. It examines the influence of trust, culture, and spirituality on supply chain systems through both qualitative and quantitative methods. A literature review established the theoretical foundation, while a survey of 565 Indian professionals provided data analysed using SPSS and SMART PLS. Additionally, expert interviews offered qualitative insights. Findings reveal that trust and culture significantly impact behavioural outcomes and supply chain performance, with spirituality acting as a mediator. Despite its contributions, the study acknowledges limitations, such as a semi-systematic literature review and a narrow focus on selected behavioural factors. Future research should explore additional dimensions for a more holistic understanding. By integrating psychology with supply chain management, this study provides valuable insights for practitioners seeking to enhance effectiveness and sustainability in supply chain operations.
