Abstract: Diplomacy is the art and practice of negotiating between representatives of different states or organisations to achieve mutual agreements or the resolution of conflicts. Diplomacy involves negotiation, communication and compromise to resolve disputes peacefully. Diplomacy in the modern period expands its activities to several locations, yet, it is subject to unprecedented consequences and restrictions. Expanding global multidimensional diplomacy's structure and themes indicate its expanding impact. Since the creation of two independent countries, namely Pakistan and India, they have been fixated on their various disputes. These countries fought three conventional wars and frequently demonstrated their nuclear power capabilities to intimidate each other. The underlying issue is that Pakistan and India have destabilised regional and global stability and socioeconomic growth.
